If Outlook 2010 installed correctly and completed the initial Check Name account setup successfully, but crashes while loading your email account profile you may need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable package into the same bottle as Outlook/Office.
You'll find this package under Runtime Support Components section of the Install Software menu. Select that entry and then expand the "Will install into.." section and pick your existing Office bottle and install.
