Outlook refuses to accept your password, it complains the .ost file is damaged. To fix this open Crossover, go to Configure>Manage Bottles (Mac), select your Office 2007 bottle, Control Panel tab, and open the Mail control panel. Click Profiles... and remove the existing Outlook profile.
The next time you launch Outlook you'll need to enter your Exchange server information and username again, but Outlook should then launch, rebuild your profile in a minute, and be back up and running.
