OneNote 2007 runs pretty well on Mac OSX 10.6.2. I synchronize among two computers using a DropBox folder - storing the notebooks in a DropBox folder automatically synchronizes them very well. Strangely, iDisk did not work for me reliably, sometimes data got lost.
Two issues that prevent me from rating gold: no access to network drives so cannot use the native sync and OneNote crashes when trying to create a hyperlink to page from text (select text, and 'Create Linked Page' results in a crash). Other than that, works like a charm and with CodeWeavers 9 also much faster
