Some problems related to activation can be fixed by quitting the bottle. One such problem is that a Microsoft activation wizard will appear after the bottle has been successfully activated. This wizard will not function correctly because activation has already occurred. Quitting the bottle will often get this wizard to stop appearing.
To quit a bottle on Linux/Mac:
1) Click on the "wine bottles" icon in the upper left hand corner to change your display so that you can see the bottles listed on the left-hand side (this view can be turned on and off by clicking on the icon)
2) Right click on the bottle (likely called "Microsoft_Office_2016) and select "Quit Bottle"
