Some problems related to activation can be fixed by quitting the bottle. One such problem is that the activation wizard will report an error (0x80070426) rather than correctly activating. This problem is often solved by quitting the bottle and then reopening an application from the bottle.
To quit a bottle on Linux/Mac: 1) Click on the "wine bottles" icon in the upper left hand corner to change your display so that you can see the bottles listed on the left-hand side (this view can be turned on and off by clicking on the icon) 2) Right click on the bottle (likely called "Microsoft_Office_2010) and select "Quit Bottle"
