If you want to install Service Pack 2 on a non-English version of Microsoft Office 2010 you'll need to manually download the SP2 package in your language from Microsofts website.
Doing the CrossOver installation wizard of Office 2010 SP2 click on "Select installer" before you click Finish and select the manually downloaded SP2 .exe file. Screenshot
