The Microsot Office SP3 under Community Sources Installs fine but CrossOver thinks install failed. Just click Skip This Step After the Install completes.
Also you need to install Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 & 2.0 SP2 to prevent an error with Office SP3 install, this prevents the error mentioned in the SP3 Description. But CrossOver still thinks the overall SP3 install failed so just click Skip This Step.
