You have to use the c4p file since codeweavers has a special copy of it. Also if you have issues getting your c4p files running just run this from the command line <PATH TO CROSSOVER>/cxgames/bin/cxinstaller <PATHTO.c4p file>
Also you need to make sure IE6 or anything newer is properly installed previously then you will not get an error installing .net 2
