While it still will not run, there is some progress to report. The installation went fine as it had in the last few versions. When starting the application, it used to fail immediately with a dialog box complaining about the registry. Now, an empty dialog box appears briefy, goes away, and Money closes. That may not seem like progress, but when I launched it a second time, I received a dialog box with the following message:
Money has detected that you did not close the file Sample before exiting. Money now needs to verify the information in your file. This may take a few minutes if your file is large. Do you want to do this now?
Clicking Yes results in another crash (the app closes). Clicking No results in another dialog prompting you to select a different money file. Selecting a different money file results in a crash (the app closes).
