Marked as having problems in 22.1.0 but works on wine 8.2 (32-Bit) / 64-Bit not installable

this application/add-on is currently marked as "Runs Great" with a 5 Star Rating but inside CrossOver it says that there are problems (Warning sign next to the icon).
I had a request from a client who wanted to have an application tested with CrossOver and "plain wine" which also required Jet 4.0.
With wine 8.2 I created a Windows-10 prefix (32-Bit) for this and successfully installed it into it where it works fine.
Winetricks version is: 20230212-next but 64-Bit prefixes wouldn't work as winetricks script currently reports.
