Change default font for better compatibility

By default, MS Office uses the proprietary Calibri font, which is generally not available on Linux systems (or any system without Office installed).

For better compatibility when opening your documents in e.g. Libreoffice, you can change the default font. See https://support.office.com/en-us/article/change-th... for instructions.

Times, Arial, and Courier are safe choices as they are included by default with OS X and can be installed freely on Linux systems via the MS Core Fonts package. If this package is not installed, most distributions include open-source substitution fonts that work quite well.
