Starting with Adobe Acrobat v9.x and Mac OS X v10.6, Acrobat no longer creates a Mac OS X PDF printer device, which means CrossOver Office can no longer output to PDF without either (a) installing Acrobat (Windows version) within the Bottle or (b) establishing an alternate PDF printing device in Mac OS X.
Installing CUPS-PDF for Mac OS X has been a great alternative to the native Acrobat PDF printing device. You can download and find installation instructions for CUPS-PDF for Mac OSX at <http://www.codepoetry.net/>. I recommend using the Mac OS X "Generic PostScript Printer" driver...some of the other drivers available tend to output inconsistent and funky results for print quality, plus having paper size issues between US and European settings.
