Be careful not to enable the option to start minimised, otherwise you will not be able to restore the application window in Crossover!
If you do enable this option, you will need to hack the configuration file to reset the option. Under the Configure menu in Crossover choose Manage Bottles. Find the bottle containing MediaRenamer and choose the Advanced tab then Open C: Drive in Finder.
