So the trick to running Max Payne on Steam is by using a Steam Bottle with Windows 10, 64-bit settings. Then Install Max Payne within the Steam Bottle. The Game should run pretty well (Four out of Five Stars) and have some minor issues with the desktop mouse cursor popping up. Otherwise it runs smoothly.
