Getting Organizer to Work:
Copy the DLL's in the compnent subdirectory of your lotus install dir to Windows\\System. On my system, this is in ~/.cxoffice/dotwine/fake_windows/lotus/compnent, use either a linue file manager or a commandline cp *.dll to do the job.
