Now that 3.0 has been released, I have tested (somewhat) Sametime with this new version. It works much as it did with 2.1, i.e. if you switch desktops you have to double click inside the 'wine systray' to get it to display correctly. I would say that so far it is useful enough as an instant messenger if that is all you have within your company, but I have not yet tested to see if there is any improvement with the more advanced 'net meeting' capabilities of sametime.
