You can get this from GOG.com in a Lords1/Lords2 Pack: http://www.gog.com/gamecard/lords_of_the_realm_royal_edition
Although they have both a Mac and Windows installer for this pack, only Lords1 works on the Mac package. Lords2 uses an outdated Wineskin that will not run on Mountain Lion. However, you can download the Windows package and install it via CrossOver 12.2.0 using these settings:
Application: Other Application
Installer: Select the Windows installer you downloaded from GOG.com
Bottle: New WinXP bottle
It should make shortcuts for Lords1 and Lords2. Playing Lords2 worked quite well for me, and I haven't found anything that doesn't work yet.
As a side note, Lords1 will work in CrossOver, but since both the Windows and Mac versions use a native DOSBox, the Mac version will run faster, so there's no point in using Lords1 for Windows.
