Current workaround: Do not upgrade your Libronix. CxOffice 4.x reported to resolved this (Brett Randall, see forum). Will test and confirm shortly.
Update: Even with CxOffice 4.1, I was unable to get Libronix to upgrade without intervention. After completing download and installation initially (apparently just to upgrade the "Upgrade" component), it asks to reboot. You do a "simulate windows reboot". Then, it will continue to ask to download and install more stuff. (Depending on the version you bought). It is after this step, when it finishes download and requests to reboot to install, that Libronix stops working.
Workaround: First, simulate a windows reboot. If nothing happens, try:
"/bin/wine" --workdir "C://Program Files//Libronix DLS//System//" --cx-app Update.exe
The above worked for me, as it started and installed the upgrades downloaded.
