When I first installed the application, the full screen mode had skewed graphics. I couldn't leave full screen and the game wouldn't run properly.
To fix this, you need to "emulate a virtual desktop".
1. Open Crossover
2. Select Configure -> Manage Bottles from the menu
3. Select the bottle where the game is installed
4. Open the Control Panel tab
5. Launch the Wine Configuration tool
6. Open the Graphics tab in the Wine Configuration tool
7. Check the Emulate a Virtual Desktop option
8. Enter a screen size (I use 1024 x 768)
9. Click Ok
Now the game will run in a windowed Full-Screen mode and it works great.
