Wait! Native quartz.dll fixes the scrolling issue!

Download quartz.dll from here: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl...s.shtml?quartz

(Windows license required most likely etc. etc.)

Extract the DLL and copy it to ~/<bottlename>/drive_c/Windows/system32
Run: winecfg

Under libraries, type "quartz" and click "Add" then OK.

Run Lego DD in all it's functional glory
