With CO 2.1 the applications work fine, however with CO 3.x or 4.x ,in order to make it work, you must copy the DLL libraries of the application, they are in .cxoffice/dotwine/fake_windows/Program Files/DNASTAR/Bin to .cxoffice/dotwine/fake_windows/Windows/System).
