Jewel Quest Tips

After installing this title using the provided C4P profile, you must also do the following.

1. Install Simple DirectMedia Layer Library 1.2.14 ...see;

Use the C4P profile provided on that page, but choose to install the package into the
same bottle as Jewel Quest. The required SDL.dll file will be copied into your bottle's
drive_c/windows/system32 directory.

2. Copy/overwrite the SDL.dll installed by Jewel Quest with the dll provided by the above package.

Jewel Quest installs it's own version of SDL.dll which does not work with Crossover Games at this time.
You can find it along the following path -- replace it with the version provided in step 1. above...;

~/Library/Application Support/CrossOver Games/Bottles/[bottle_name]/drive_c/Program Files/Jewel Quest/

[linux]

~/.cxgames/[bottle_name]/drive_c/Program Files/Jewel Quest/


Replace  [bottle_name]  with the actual name of the bottle you are using. Game should now run as expected.
