I found that I could get past the Blank warning windows by entering RETURN or ENTER. Also, clicking around to random locations in the Blank Windows may get you past the BLANK error and security windows. Once you get past the Security and HPPS blank window the Java content works fine, at least the few I tested, Groupwise WebAccess Address book and Novell Remote Manager Server Console. Once I got past these windows, they did not appear again.
Also I went to Java.com and ran the verify application which finished sucessfully.
