When the directions for making iPod support in iTunes work are followed, and an iPod is connected, iTunes gives the error "The software required for communicating with the iPod is not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes." I have (like many people) not succeeded in making iPod support work in CrossOver Office 5.0.1 at all, not even under iTunes 4.7 or 4.9, so this may not be a new error.
