Install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable" (under "Runtime Support Components" in the CrossOver Software Installer) into the iTunes bottle. (it needs msvcp80.dll to run)
Note: Even with this tip iTunes 10 is really unusable, but this will get you a bit further.
