Close out of Internet Explorer 6.
On Linux
Go to Applications, CrossOver and launch Manage Bottles
On Mac
Go to Configure and select Manage Bottles
Select the bottle that Internet Explorer 6 is in
Select 'Control Panel'
Launch 'Wine Configuration'
Under the Libraries tab in the New Override window type dispex and press Add. Now scroll down in the list and
you'll see your new dispex entry. Select it and press Edit, then
verify that it is set to Native,Builtin. If not, edit it to that
setting. Now scroll down the list and locate an entry called shlwapi.
If it doesn't exist add it like you did with dispex. Then Edit the
entry to also be set to Native,Builtin. Ok out of wineconfig and try
IE6 again.
