Igor 4 and 5: Help Browser missing window decoration
When the help browser is opened it has no window decoration so cannot be moved or closed. Therefore, you need to close the whole program to close it. Tested on: Linux flavor: Fedora 3; kernel: 2.6.10-1.741_FC3; CPU: Pentium III, 1 GHz
