To run this game you must install Microsoft Visual C++ runtimes for 2010, 2012, and 2013. When the game loads, it will be black. To fix this, go into the Steam overlay (default is shift+tab). This will clear the screen. Do note that this does require the Steam overlay to be enabled, which is something that many may have disabled as a fix for other games.
