If your game isn't launching/is only showing a small black screen to the top left, make sure you disable 'Full Screen' in the config options - shown as a separate option on Steam. You then need to go onto the in-game settings (prior to starting a mission) and press 'Apply' which will give you a bigger screen (albeit not quite 'fullscreen') to play on. Mouse movement will seem a little choppy, but it'll be totally playable!
