This game is not completely supported under CrossOver/wine. This seems to be because the DRM platform (the Ubisoft Game Launcher) that came in with the game will not launch.
In order to prevent the Ubisoft Game Launcher from running, simply add the "/offline" startup option.
You will not be able to access online parts of the game (obviously). However, you still will be able to at least use "hotseat" mode if you want to play multiplayer. The campaign will also work.
