Download the patches in this order (1.04, then 1.041, then 1.05, and 1.06). This removes the no disc problem.
Step 2: Then you have to install Flash to see the menu screens. Under Crossover preferences uncheck "Hide service packs and dependencies." Then go to your bottle and choose "Install Software" and choose flash.
EDIT: It seems that flash is not required. This game works flawlessly without Flash installed.
Step 2:
Under "Wine Configuration," choose the "Graphics" tab. Make sure you have NO boxes checked under "Window Settings" section.
