It seems that in some cases menu bar remains visible in full screen mode. As result, screen bottom region isn't visible. To fix this problem do following steps:
1) Open the CrossOver Games configuration 2) Go to Manage Bottles and select the bottle where HOMM IV is installed, then click Configure 3) Go to Control Panel and open winecfg 4) Go to graphics 5) Uncheck "Allow window manager to manage Wine windows"
But keep in mind that this setting will be applied to campaign editor too, what could be inconvenient.
