1) Download the 2 Installer Files from GOG.com
2) Install Heroes of Might & Magic III Complete
3) If the preset for the Installation says otherwise, click "edit" next to the installer file and select the setup executable provided by GOG.com
4) Install as a Windows 7, 32-bit bottle
5) When the installation is complete, you are ready to play the game!
