There is currently a bug with the printing system in Wine that prevents HM Pro 5 from printing properly. You can see the bug report on WineHQ for more information. This bug has been marked fixed in the current Wine git, but I currently have no information on when it will be ported into the Crossover version of Wine.
The only current work-a-round is to copy your mech save file to a Windows installation (be it physical or Virtual Machine) and print it from a copy of HMPro5 installed there. More information as it comes to me.
