In order to get HEAT to work on Crossover 4.2 I did the following
Installed IE 6.0 using the supported Install option.
Downloaded MDAC 2.8 sp1 from Microsoft's web site and installed it. Once installed, I configured it in the Control Panel in Crossover.
Then I Installed HEAT.
I have not been able to get HEAT working on Crossover 5.0. If anyone get it working please post your TIPS in the Forum. I would be forever in you debt!
