(Tested under Mac with CrossOver 6.2.1 and Guitar Pro 5)
=> to get a good sound quality with RSE (without annoying "cracks"), switch the sound configuration in Guitar Pro from "DirectSound" to "Windows multimedia".
- That is to say, use the menu Guitar Pro 5 > Options > Sound configuration (MIDI/RSE)... - Then in field RSE Configuration: Output: Peripheral select "Windows multimedia" (instead of "DirectSound").
