When Guild Wars is in Fullscreen mode, minimizing the window at the Login screen causes problems which require a force quit - users are left with either a white screen or a 32x32 pixel box in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
Workarounds:
(For Mac)
1. In Full Screen mode at the login screen, click the upper-right
Windows-style re-size button. When the game appears in a window, click
the yellow Mac-style minimize button.
2. In Full Screen mode at the login screen, click Option>Graphics
tab and set to any resolution where the Mac OS Menu bar can be seen.
Then click on the Windows-style minimize button.
*The only Full Screen setting that shows the bug is Full Screen - 1920 x 1200 (for Macs capable of this resolution).
(For Linux)
1. In Full Screen mode at the login screen, click the upper-right

2. In Full Screen mode at the login screen, click Option>Graphics
tab and set resolution to Window mode. Then click on the Windows-style
minimize button.
