GSAK will install perfectly. Upon running, the application opens an initial dialog, but cannot continue.
It is best seen when the application is "Unregistered" as a countdown timer appears, but never decrements to allow the "OK" button to activate.
This wasn't an issue under wine 0.9.15, but has appeared since.
UPDATE: This is related to an shdocvw.dll issue. There is some shdocvw.dll functionality that generates "fixme" messages which eventually result in an application crash. Since 5.0.3 is based on wine 0.9.19, it currently won't work. See winehq bugzilla 6151.
When crossover switches to a later version of wine (past 0.9.24), GSAK will work again, but there is still an issue with the browser window.
