Install cmd.exe from a win2k to make batch file execution work. cmd.exe can typically be found in C:\WINNT\system32 .. Place this in the C:\\windows directory under wine (usually something like .wine/drive_c/windows ... then your version of wine should allow batch files to execute properly.
So far, wcmd.exe isn't a full blown replacement for cmd.exe and while it will run the batch files, using a ShellExec from delphi or VB won't work with cmd.exe being in place. Other files just won't work either. wcmd.exe is also not included with Crossover 5.0.3 ...
