GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife) Tips

Dual boot system with gsak

If you are running dual boot and your Linux can read and write to a windows folder, you can share the same db files in GSAK.

Install GSAK using into its own bottle, then simply open a db file that already resides in Windows.

This is easy in Xandros distro because windows file compatibility is built in and windows file systems show up in all file dialogs.

Since Windows cannot read the linux partition, keep your db's for both systems in windows folders.  You can then run GSAK from OS.
