-Install using vike's GTA2 installer, which can be found with a simple google search
-(optional, if you want the videos/music) From an existing install of GTA2, which you could find from Rockstar Classics or elsewhere, copy and overwrite the Data folder in this new install.
-Play
I haven't changed any video settings on this either, I kept as default and play in a window or make the window fullscreen.
