Something to note about recording with Goldwave from another internal sound source such as an software audio player like XMMS or Music Player: you will want to mute all external recording sources. For some reason the external sound sources such as the microphone or line in, when un-muted, seem to mute or override internal sound sources. This can be frustrating when trying to figure out your sound sources.
