The installer won't run if it is just opened. For the installer to work run the program:
streamer.exe -p deploy -g -f log.txt --quiet
From the extracted installer. This will run as a quiet installer, without anything appearing on the screen. The installer may, or may not close on it's own. To determine if the installer has finished check that HDD activity has reduced, then check to see if drive_c/users/"$USER"/Local Settings/Application Data/Autodesk/webdeploy/production/ has 2 folders in it. This indicates that installation has been completed.
