Freelancer Tips

Windowed mode

To run Freelancer in windowed mode:

  1. Open up the manage bottles window, and select the bottle Freelancer is in
  2. Go to Control Panel, and launch winecfg
  3. Go to the Graphics tab and check "Emulate a virtual desktop"
  4. In the "Desktop size" fields, enter the size you run Freelancer at (typically 1024x768)
