The following steps are the same for virtually all scene demos, since none of them use installers. Steps 1 & 2 should be executed just once and other demos could be run from the same bottle, following the instructions from step 3.
Create a new WinXP bottle called Demos.
Create a new folder inside your newly created bottle which will hold all your demos. I simply created a Demo folder inside drive_c. Bottles are located in the ~/Library/Application Support/CrossOver Games/Bottles/ folder on the Mac.
Create a fr-041-debris subfolder in your demos folder and extract the contents of the demo archive into it.
Select the Programs > Run Command menu in CrossOver, select the Demos bottle in the Use Bottle combo box at the top of the dialog, then unfold Debug Options and click Open Shell.
A terminal window will appear, where you'll have to navigate to the demo folder and start the demo from the command line:
cd Demos/fr-041-debris wine fr-041_debris.exe
You can select any resolution you want, the demo works perfectly in all of them in both windowed and fullscreen modes.
