All of the annotation/comment tools work but they cannot be edited by the native Linux PDF reader (i.e., KDE's Okular). However, edits made by Okular can be deleted/edited in Foxit Reader.
NOTE: When maximizing the window, the native window manager covers the window bar making it somewhat difficult to minimize. This may be a limitation of KDE/Plasma 5.
Also, there is a Linux version of Foxit Reader, but (1) the UI isn't as clean, (2) it is buggy (crashes regularly), and (3) it is not kept up to date as much as Windows version (current Linux version is 2+ years old). Recommend using the Windows version via Crossover as opposed to Linux version.
