Some truetype fonts have unusual leading information that is interpreted incorrectly, causing them to be a bit taller than they should be:Example. This seems to be a very infrequent occurence, as most fonts work fine.
Workaround: Its safe to use the font for single-line text, but impossible to use it for paragraph text.
