Note that the "FIFA 10.c4p" file installs the Fifa 10 demo. If you're installing from a fully active, purchased FIFA 10 download installer, you'll want to select that installer after loading the C4P, before clicking "install". Go to the "will download from..." field, and use "choose installer file" to select the proper installer.
If you're using the FIFA 10 CD you'll quite likely run into DRM/copy protection issues. These can be worked around legally in some jurisdictions, but since our company isn't located in one of them we cannot tell you how to do it.
