Install from C4P.
If you have Game Of The Year Edition, then install the second disc. Launch the game after the install of the second disc. It will fail, then kill the application (recommend changing options to launch in a window from "Manage Bottles -> (Fallout 3 Bottle) Control Panel tab -> Wine Configuration" then under the graphics tab, choose emulate virtual desktop. This will make it easier to kill the application.
Then download and and run or install
Games 4 Windows Disable in the same Fallout 3 bottle.
And play to your hearts content. Good, Evil, Whatever gets you going :D
