To get a screen size not listed in the game's Options, set the Virtual Desktop size to what is desired (e.g. 1600x900). The Virtual Desktop size will now be available in the Options.
EQ2X works best (under CXG) using a Virtual Desktop. To try running it as full screen, disable the Virtual Desktop settings for that bottle.
